📋 Introduction

The Admission Application Form fee of ₹500 and/or Admission Processing fee of ₹2000 is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy does not apply to the following courses: PhD, B.Ed, D.El.Ed. Please review the following refund rules and conditions.

🔒 Cancellation Policy

1. If the application is submitted within 15 days after the date of admission or before the closing date of admission (whichever is earlier), 70% of the tuition fee will be refunded, provided the vacated seat is filled by another candidate.
2. For transfers from one course to another (with higher or lower fees) within the campus, the difference in fees will be refunded after admission.
3. If a course is not run by the college due to unavoidable reasons, 100% of the fee (excluding form fees) will be refunded.
4. If a wait-listed candidate deposits fees but fails to secure admission due to non-inclusion in the admitted list, the fee will be refunded after deduction of ₹500 as processing fee.
5. The refund request must be submitted in the Refund Request Form with the required documents (fee payment receipt, no dues certificates, identity proof, and bank details). Any supplementary mark sheet showing failure in case of provisional admission should also be attached.
6. The refund application should be submitted to the concerned department (Principal/HOD) before forwarding to the Director with all relevant documents. No e-mail or verbal requests will be entertained.
7. Refunds will be processed by the Finance Office after approval from the Director. The refund will be made to the student’s account after a minimum of forty days from the approval.
8. No refund is permissible after the start of classes or during the course if the student withdraws or seeks admission elsewhere.
9. In case of online fee payment issues (like payment debited but the acknowledgment not generated, server malfunction, etc.), the institute will not be responsible until the payment reaches the institute’s account. Refund policies will apply as per the institute’s norms once the payment is credited.

⚖️ Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to refunds shall fall within the jurisdiction of Kota (Rajasthan). The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary and legal action in cases of fraudulent admissions or false statements made by students. In such cases, the student’s fee will be forfeited.
