1. Survey Committees (Online & Offline)

• Coordinate surveys by AICTE, RTU, UOK, etc. for accreditation and quality assessment.
• Manage faculty evaluations, student feedback, and academic audits.
• Support both digital (Google Forms/portals) and physical inspections.

2. AICTE-Related Committees

• Approval & Affiliation: Ensure regulatory approvals and compliance documentation.
• Academic Audit: Review teaching quality, pedagogy, and faculty records.
• Infrastructure Inspection: Assess facilities like labs, hostels, classrooms per AICTE norms.
• Assessment Panels: Monitor examination procedures and evaluation integrity.

3. RTU / UOK Specific Functions

• Conduct affiliation inspections for new and existing programs.
• Manage exams, results, and handle student grievances.
• Work on documentation for NAAC/NBA ranking and AISHE data submission.

4. Committee Operations

• Hold periodic meetings both offline and via video conferencing.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to respective authorities.
• Maintain online records for AICTE; hybrid model for RTU/UOK/NCTE.
• Document every activity for audit and ranking purposes.
